Aloo Mutter Masala or Potatoes and Green Peas Masala (gravy) is one of the most tastiest main course dish to serve with hot Indian phulkas/rotis. Today I have cooked this Aloo Mutter Masala in a pressure cooker, because of lack of time. I never compromise with the taste of food, so I made it by mixing flavorful spices and it really turned out very delicious.
Actually, last week we all went to a nearby Restaurant for lunch and we thought to order something different besides paneer dish. So we ordered Aloo mutter gravy. My hubby liked it a lot and today he has demanded same dish.
I know in restaurant they don’t cook in a pressure cooker, but because I don’t have enough time, so I tried to make it in a pressure cooker. Fortunately, it turned so tasty and we all enjoyed it with rotis.
Believe me, if you really don’t have enough time to plan the meal, then just go ahead with this dish. When fresh green peas are not available, then use frozen mutter.
You can quickly make it and pack for the lunch box as well. So without wasting much time, let’s move to my recipe of Aloo Mutter Masala.
