Ingredients:
- 3 cups prawns (cooked and devined)
- 1-1/2 cup mango (peeled and diced)
- 1 cup Melon cubes
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- Salt as per taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- Few mint leaves chopped
How to make Prawn Mango Salad:
- Take a big bowl and combine all the ingredients very well.
- Taste the salad and then adjust with salt and pepper as per your choice.
- Toss the salad very well and garnish with some chopped mint leaves.
- Refrigerate for few hours and serve chilled.
