Avocado Salad is the blend of healthy ingredients such as avocado, cucumber, onion, capsicum and many more. This is a multivitamin healthy salad recipe, which must be added in everyday meal menu. You can add the dressing of your choice to make it more flavorful.

Ingredients:
- 2 big avocado thinly sliced
- 1 cucumber slitted
- 1 onion rings
- 1 capsicum rings
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- A pinch of black pepper powder
- 1 tbsp sugar or honey
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp olive oil
How to make Avocado Salad:
- Combine the slices and rings of vegetables and avocado in a big bowl.
- Toss with the salt.
- Stir with tomato ketchup, lemon juice, honey and olive oil.
- Mix well and add black pepper.
- Cover the bowl with the foil paper and refrigerate the salad.
- Serve chilled.
Chef Tips:
- At the time of serving this healthy salad, you may garnish it with some slices of avocado and mint leaves.
- You can mix baby corns, tomatoes and your favorite healthy veggies in this salad.
- For giving a chatpata taste, you mad sprinkle some chaat masala powder.
