Mango Lassi is the smooth blend of mangoes, yogurt, sugar and cardamoms. It is a delicious lassi option to chill, specially in this summer season.

Ingredients:
- 2 mangoes
- 2 cups fresh yogurt
- 2 tbsp fresh cream
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
- A pinch of salt
How to make Mango Lassi:
- Peel the mangoes, remove out the big stone and cut into big chunks.
- Combine the yogurt, sugar, salt and chunks of mangoes.
- Blend to make a smooth lassi.
- Add water as per your requirement and blend again.
- Pour the lassi in the serving glasses and sprinkle some elaichi powder.
- Garnish with fresh cream and keep in the refrigerator for an hour.
- Serve chilled.
Chef Tips:
- Adjust the liquid of lassi as per your requirement by adding water.
- For immediate serving, add few ice-cubes of ice and then serve.
