Lychee Shake Recipe

Lychee Shake is a cool and refreshing drink made with delicious lychee, milk and sugar. This is one of the great mocktail which is best to serve in this summer season. Learn to make quick litchi shake and chill yourself and your family.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups litchi (chopped and seedless)
  • 1 ltr condensed milk
  • Few drops vanilla essence
  • 3/4 cup sugar

How to make Lychee Shake:

  1. Mix the chopped litchi’s, milk and sugar.
  2. Blend and make a thick drink.
  3. Add vanilla essence and blend again for few seconds.
  4. Pour into the serving glasses and refrigerate for few hours.
  5. Serve chilled.

Chef Tips:

  1. For immediate serving, add ice cubes in the shake.
  2. If lychee shake looks too thick then add more milk, blend and refrigerate.
  3. Adjust sugar as per your taste and requirement.
  4. For the good presentation of this shake, cut the litchi from any edge and fix on top of the serving glass to impress your friends and family.
