Cucumber punch is a cool and refreshing mocktail made with healthy cucumber, pineapple juice, lime juice and sugar. Although it can be substituted with white grape juice, but my kids like pineapple more, so I have done little bit of change, but trust me the drink is really punchy and yummy to serve.

Ingredients:
- 1 big cucumber
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 2 cups fresh pineapple juice
- 5-6 ice cubes
For garnishing:
- Few cucumber pieces chopped
- 2-3 Lemon wedges
How to make Cucumber Punch:
- Peel and chop the cucumber in thin pieces.
- Combine the chopped cucumber, lemon juice, sugar and pineapple juice in a blender.
- Blend smoothly and make a medium thick punch drink.
- Stir with the ice cubes and refrigerate.
- At the time of serving this delicious cucumber punch garnish with lemon wedge and some slightly chopped cucumbers on the top.
Chef Tips:
- Cut the lemon in a thin ring, run a knife at the edge and then fix it on the top of the serving glass, it will be tremendous way to present your fruit punch.
- Allow to float the slices of lemon and cucumber on the top at the time of serving.
- Serve this exotic mocktail chilled only.
- You can use white grape juice instead of pineapple juice.
