Chickoo Shake is a tempting, creamy shake recipe, made with lots of chickoo (Sapodilla) milk and cream.
Ingredients:
- 6 big chickoo
- 3-1/2 glass milk
- 2 cups cream
- 1 small cup powdered sugar
- Crushed Ice
How to make Chickoo Shake :
- Peel all the chickoo and cut into very small pieces.
- Remove out all the seeds from them.
- Combine the milk, sugar and chopped chickoo in a mixer blender.
- Blend for few minutes until mixed properly.
- Add half of the cream and again blend for few more minutes.
- Put some ice cubes in serving glasses, pour the shake and garnish with some more fresh cream.
- Serve chilled.
