Apple Milkshake Recipe

Apple Milkshake is a yummy and tasty Indian drink, made with the apples, milk and sugar. This Indian drink contains lots of iron, vitamins and calcium, hence highly essential for the growing kids.apple-milkshake

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg apples
  • 4 cups milk
  • 4 green cardamoms (crushed/powdered)
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • Few ice cubesapple-milkshake

How to make Apple Milkshake:

  1. Peel the apples and chop into small pieces.
  2. Mix the milk, apple pieces and sugar.
  3. Blend into a smooth liquid.
  4. Add the crushed cardamoms and shake well.
  5. Pour the apple milkshake in serving glasses and add some ice cubes.
  6. Serve chilled.apple-milkshake

Chef Tips:

  1. Do not add ice cubes, if you are not serving this shake immediately.
  2. You may keep in it the refrigerator for 30 minutes until chilled.
  3. There is no need to use condensed milk, it’s because the shake consistency will be natural form of apples.
