Microwave Mutton Chops are simply made with the small pieces of lamb cooked with the yogurt and spices and flavored with aniseed and cumin seeds. You can easily make this delicious meat recipe in just few minutes in your microwave.

Ingredients:
- 10-12 lamb chops pieces
- 2 tbsp bengal gram flour (besan)
- 1 cup thick yogurt (curd/dahi)
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp aniseed
- 1 tsp ginger julienned
- 3-4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- A pinch of black pepper powder
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 1 raw papaya (peeled)
- 2-1/2 tbsp cooking oil
How to make Microwave Mutton Chops:
- Slightly roast the gram flour in a non-stick pan until little browned and keep aside.
- Beat the curd thoroughly by adding little bit of water and keep aside.
- Flatten the lamb chops with the help of hammer and apply lemon juice over all.
- Grate the papaya and rub thoroughly on the chops.
- Combine the yogurt, gram flour, salt and spices.
- Mix the ginger, garlic, aniseed and cumin seeds.
- Add 1/2 tsp of oil in the prepared mixture and marinate the lamb chops approximately for one hour.
- Heat the remaining oil in a non-stick pan and stir fry the lamb chops for few minutes.
- Transfer the meat into the microwave dish and drizzle few drops of water over all.
- Cover the dish and microwave for about 8 minutes on high.
- Allow to stand only for 2 minutes and serve with onion and lemon wedges.
