Cocktail Sauce is the yummy blend of lemons, Worcestershire sauce and tomato ketchup. This sauce is extremely tasty and best to serve with any type of snack dishes or evening chaat dishes.

Ingredients:
- 4 fresh lemons
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1-1/2 tsp black salt
- 1 cup tomato ketchup
- A pinch of black pepper powder
- 2-3 cloves garlic crushed
- 1/2 tsp olive oil
How to make Cocktail Sauce:
- Take out the juice from all the lemons and keep aside in a bowl.
- Heat the olive oil in non-stick pan and saute crushed garlic for few seconds.
- Add Worcestershire sauce and tomato ketchup. Mix very well.
- Stir the sauce on medium high flame for 2-3 minutes.
- Add 1/2 cup water and stir with salt and pepper powder.
- Cocktail Sauce is ready to serve with any snack dish or with any fried dish.
Chef Tips:
- You can use your choice of cooking oil for making this sauce.
- Another way to make this delicious sauce is, mix all the ingredients in a bowl and microwave for 2 minutes just before serving.
- You can refrigerate this sauce for a week, just keep it in air tight container.
